New Customer Policy

*Thank you customers! I feel we’re managing to do a good job. Stay in your vehicles, as much as possible.*

You can really help us by reading and following our new guidelines. We appreciate all the help we can get.

Starting immediately :

Orders

E-mail orders to whitehousestables@telus.net. Priority given to orders as received. We cannot promise same-day service. Please specify payment method. An invoice will be sent as confirmation.

Pick-Ups

While our opening hours have been reduced to Friday – Sunday 11-3pm, we’re serving people throughout the week with pre-orders and pre-payments at our driveway pick-up window (it’s a shelter really!) We’re also able to help people by appointment during the week. Please stay in your vehicle (unless invited outside) while our staff load your order.

Payment

E-transfer, cash or cheque in envelope and Visa with card number on file. We can do tap, but we prefer not to as our machine isn’t wireless and requires you to get out of your vehicle.

Consultation

We’re offering a new service of phone consultation by appointment. There will be a minimum of charge of $20 paid in advance. $100 / hour.

Planning Ahead : Options

ETZviurUUAIS3-yWith the unpredictable happenings, we have  decided to offer the following to anyone who would like to avail themselves of this option.

  1. E-mail your order.
  2. We’ll e-mail your invoice.
  3. You can pay online.
  4. We can have your order waiting for pick up
  5. We can load you or you load yourself.

Delivery could be organized if arranged at least a week in advance.

We are currently well stocked, and are not expecting a supply problem of our livestock feeds.  However we are slightly short staffed!
