We now have finished lambing with 23 happy healthy lambs – 16 GIRLS and 7 boys!

They look particularly beautiful with all the spring blossoms, especially the pink almond blossoms in the field by the road.

Another bagged feed has made it to $20 – Alfalfa cubes (from Alfatec) are on sale for a month, to mid April. You can get a further 50c/bag discount when paying debit, cash or etransfer, a discount we always apply to help with your purchases on all our bagged feeds.

For big orders of cubes, email us and we’ll make sure there’s enough for everyone.

When that sun comes out you can feel everything growing and smell the scents of spring…. life is great here on the farm.

We now have a bag of feed that has gone under $20… Beet pulp pellets now $18, made that welcome news for us all.

The past couple weeks have brought us 13 lambs from 6 ewes of which 10 are girls!

6 more ewes to go, so I suppose the odds will bring more boys!

Two of last year’s heifers have been sold to a lovely home in Cedar where it looks like they will continue to know only a good life.
